TREVAC has a story as unique as any.  Travis and Matt met through a mutual friend and the 3 of them started an HVAC service business, Specialty Heating Services (check them out for your air conditioning needs! 😉).  Customers were asking for vacuum services because Travis used to drive a vacuum truck for Dier’s Vacuum Service.  Dier’s has a reputation for quick responses and straightforward accurate answers.  When Mickey Dier decided it was time to slow down, we knew it was a business we wanted.  We guarantee our customers that we will continue Mickey’s ways and you may even still see him in a truck from time to time. 

When customers from our HVAC business asked us to service their grease traps, we understood the next problem, we had to solve………

What happens to the grease after we put it on the truck?

That answer is not a simple one.  Grease causes a major problem for municipality treatment plant operations and lines coming to the plants.  (Rankin county has had to use a bulldozer to try to clean grease from a 42” pipe before.  When the dozer started popping wheelies, they had a to go a different route.

We learned in our research that most grease throughout the country and Mississippi ends up illegally dumped or ends up in landfills. We knew that neither of those options would work for us. We continued to research and found a way to repurpose the grease for another life. Reducing landfill waste and eliminating any illegal dumping.
